In the winter resort of Bansko, you’ll find ski slopes with a total length of 56 km, groomed and snow-covered by professional snow machines. The ski season in Bansko officially starts in December and lasts until May, guaranteed by the resort’s 30 snow cannons. The Bansko ski center offers winter sports lovers a 16 km illuminated ski road with artificial snow, connecting the high parts of the resort with the town. Visitors can also enjoy a gondola lift, one 3-seat chairlift, five 4-seat chairlifts, six ski tows, and ten children’s ski lifts.
